Conceptualized and designed a unified visual identity for the record-breaking March Friends & Family sale across the Americas (US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil). This multilingual marketing campaign, featuring 8 high-performing emails that drove 26% of total revenue, leveraged SMS messaging, web assets, paid media, and social media graphics.
It resonated with audiences throughout the Americas, resulting in exceptional customer engagement and record-breaking sales. Notably, the combined revenue across the Americas reached $2.3 million, exceeding projections by 7% and surpassing the previous Friends & Family sale by a staggering 86%. This marks Caudalie's largest promotional event and sitewide sale ever conducted in the Americas.
